HOW TO KEEP YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION By: Rob Barghaus It’s that time again. Millions of Americans have made New Years Resolutions but how do you keep it??? Don’t worry AMERICAN TIGER MARTIAL ARTS is here to help with some simple steps you can follow to help you make and more importantly KEEP your resolution this year. 7 STEPS TO SUCCESS 1. SET A CLEAR GOAL. “I want to Lose Weight” is a great goal, but it is too vague. Try to be more specific like “I want to lose 20 pounds and keep it off by the end of the year.” 2. MAKE A PLAN AND WRITE IT DOWN. Plan out the small steps you need to take to achieve your goal. For example, if your resolution is to lose 20 pounds the first step would be to pick a exercise or diet program.
